Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Business Buddy Pro at any time from the Subscription page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Business Buddy Pro isn't right for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
After the first 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window, payments are generally non-refundable and cancelling simply stops future renewals. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it case by case.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Approved refunds are issued by Stripe back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Requesting a refund
Submit a refund request from Settings with details about the charge. We will review it and update you through the email on your account.
